The brand logo is evolved from the initials "ZXF" of the company name "众鑫发". "ZX" is the first letter of "众心" in pinyin, and "F" is the first letter of "Faith" in English. The red heart in the lower right corner contains the Party emblem, and the logo symbolizes the belief of "all hearts" in the Communist Party. The red color represents the loyalty of the company's employees, and the black color represents the company's stability and sense of responsibility. The brand logo and brand name are puns, combining Chinese and English, with both extension and connotation, and the meaning is profound yet easy to understand.

Brand building status:

Zhongxinfa Party Branch was established in 2019. Through the cultivation of the local Party committee over the past few years, the company's Party member team has been continuously strengthened. The company currently has 22 Party members, including 10 registered members, 12 mobile members, 6 activists, and 13 management cadres who are Party members, accounting for 59%. The Party branch currently has one "Red Workshop," one Party building exhibition hall, one Red Culture Theme Park, two Party member activity rooms, multiple Party building publicity areas, and five Party groups.

Under the guidance of the "All Hearts Towards the Party" Party building brand, the company has focused on product quality, built the "Huixin Premium Products" brand, and accurately grasped international market trends. Its products have won provincial honors such as "Shandong Excellent Brand" and "Shandong Well-known Brand" awarded by the Shandong Provincial Quality Evaluation Association. Through a series of Party building activities, the company's on-site safety management capabilities have significantly improved. To truly achieve a high degree of integration between "Party building" and "high-quality development," we have summarized and refined the "One-Two-Three-Four" Party building work method, focusing on the main theme of "strengthening Party building to promote development." (I) Creating the "All Hearts Turn to the Party" Party Building Brand

Brand Philosophy: "All Hearts Towards the Party" represents the unwavering commitment of all Zhongxinfa Party members to following the Party, obeying its commands, and submitting to its leadership, always remaining steadfast in their beliefs and dedicated to serving the people and the enterprise. This loyalty to the Party will be transformed into a spirit of enterprise and hard work, contributing all their strength to realizing the company's mission and vision, and to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Brand promotion: Utilize employee training opportunities to promote the brand's philosophy and significance, ensuring that all employees are aware of it and can spread the word, understanding both the literal meaning and the underlying implications.

(II) Strengthen the management and leverage the role of registered Party members and mobile Party members.

When recruiting Party members, priority is given to management personnel who actively seek to join the Party. One production manager, two deputy managers (concurrently workshop directors), one workshop director, one sales manager, and one production team leader have been recruited as Party members. The addition of these management personnel has strengthened the Party member ranks and laid the foundation for subsequent Party building work. The company also leverages the leading, managerial, and executive roles of "mobile Party members," especially those in management positions. Currently, the company has 12 mobile Party members, including three vice presidents, two directors, one team leader, and seven workshop employees. We ensure the full participation of "mobile Party members" in Party building, allowing them to work alongside registered Party members, demonstrating their identity, setting benchmarks, and fulfilling commitments, thus fully demonstrating the exemplary role of Party members.

(III) The working functions of "building a Party building atmosphere, building red workshops, and building Party groups" in the three aspects.

The company has established a strong "Party building atmosphere." First, it has invested over 1.1 million yuan to create a red culture-themed park and a "United Hearts Towards the Party" Party building exhibition hall, utilizing existing factory space. Second, it has used LED screens, banners, cartoons, backdrops, bulletin boards, and television to increase awareness and understanding of the Party, promoting the solid implementation of Party building work. Third, it has built two Party member activity rooms in the company's office building and workshop meeting rooms, providing venues for Party members and activists to study Party history and conduct Party building activities.

The second phase involves establishing "Red Workshops." The galvanizing production workshops have been transformed into "Red Workshops," with key personnel being developed into Party members or activists to strengthen the workshop's organizational capacity. Outstanding management personnel are encouraged to become leaders among employees, leveraging the political and organizational advantages of Party building to promote the implementation of various workshop tasks. Currently, the "Red Workshops" have 10 Party members, including 1 department head, 2 deputy department heads, 1 workshop director, 6 other management personnel and key personnel, and 5 mobile Party members. Recently, 6 more activists have been recruited, distributed across different positions in 5 workshops, where they are fulfilling their duties and playing exemplary leading roles.

The functions of the Party groups in the Third Construction Company are as follows: To further leverage the guiding role of Party building, we have established a Party group in each production workshop, with Party members from the company's management level serving as group leaders. These groups assist each workshop in carrying out Party building and daily work. Through the establishment of these Party groups, management-level Party members are involved in various tasks at the grassroots level, truly playing a role in enhancing, assisting, and supporting the work. Simultaneously, the participation of management-level Party members serves as a supervisory mechanism for the completion of various tasks in each workshop.

(iv) Four improvements: “Safety Management, On-site Management, Equipment Management, and Quality Management”

In order to promote the smooth progress of party building work, the company launched the "Contribution based on my duties, I will add luster to the party flag" activity to achieve four improvements in "safety management, on-site management, equipment management and quality management". By carrying out this activity, five party groups were assigned to five workshops, with management cadres among party members as group leaders, and employee party members plus workshop backbones as members. The five party groups went deep into the front line of the workshop, worked and lived together with front-line employees, participated in the production management of the workshop, understood the situation and discovered problems on the spot. The party group holds weekly symposiums in the workshop conference room to discuss the implementation of various tasks and assist the workshop in solving new problems and difficulties encountered. Every month the branch holds a summary meeting to summarize work progress and formulate next steps and goals. Through the activities, the party group assisted the workshop to solve many problems and difficulties, and achieved improvements in safety management, on-site management, equipment management and quality management.
