Aluminized zinc silicon plate

The company has three aluminum-zinc plating production lines with an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons. The annealing furnaces of the units adopt the full radiation tube heating type, and the furnace type is a horizontal furnace. The zinc pot is heated by ceramic induction heating. The line is equipped with a special air knife, and the outlet is equipped with a finishing and straightening machine.

Aluminized zinc-silicon steel sheets have excellent heat resistance and oxidation resistance (they do not change color over a long period of time at 300℃ and can be used stably at 500-600℃), strong resistance to water and soil corrosion, good compatibility with processing and coating, and strong adhesion to organic materials, making them an ideal substrate for colored organic coated steel sheets.

Introduction to Aluminum-Zinc-Silicon Plates
